Rev. Jim Henkell will discuss what happens after Pastor Buecheler retires in May and how we will call our next pastor. Pastor Henkell serves as the Ministry Executive for the Pacific Southwest District (LCMS), working to guide and encourage congregations through transitions into new seasons. He’s pastored congregations and schools for more than 25 years and spoken at events across the country with an emphasis on Gospel-dominant preaching and ministry. He also served on the Board of Regents and Concordia University Irvine for 10 years, chairing the committee on Lutheran identity and mission.
